Basic FD Chaplain Training (16 hours) – FFC Essentials of Fire Chaplaincy

Chaplaincy Foundations and Personhood, Ministry to Firefighters, Ministry to people in Crisis, FD Funerals, Fire Department Chaplain Operations, Helping Firefighters Manage Stress, and others. This course serves as the foundation for credit with the FFC Fire Chaplains.

Thursday November 6: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm: Making the Death Notification: This is an advanced class developed by the Federation of Fire Chaplains to equip chaplains with the skills and sensitivity required to deliver death notifications with professionalism, care and compassion. Chaplains will explore procedures, emotional impact, and appropriate responses during difficult duty, ensuring they are fully prepared to support families and agencies alike.

Friday November 7: 8:30 am to 12:00 pm - 3-1/2 Hr. Seminar: Coaching Your Team that provides practical training to inspire, encourage and challenge your team towards achieving maximum effectiveness in your mission.

November 7: 1:30 pm to 5:00 pm - 3-1/2 Hr. Seminar: Debt Elimination and Personal Finance Management for Public Safety Employees. A seminar and workshop teaches a battle tested strategy, using the money you already earn to eliminate all debt and establish financial freedom. Credit card debt, auto loans, and personal loans are gone within 2 to 3 years. Mortgages gone within 5 to 8 years.

Cancellation Policy
If you cannot attend the conference, a full refund will be available up to seven (7) days before the event. After that date, no refund will be made. Registration is transferable however.
If we do not have a minimum of ten people enrolled per class by seven (7) days before the event, the class or classes will be cancelled and a full refund will be returned to the enrollees.
