8 Hrs. Defusing & Debriefing Critical Incidents, Compassion Fatigue & Self Care. As a chaplain, you will undoubtedly be involved with a critical incident. During this class we will be discussing the role that you may be taking with helping firefighters deal with the aftermath of the incident. We will discuss some of the things to do, and not to do in order to be effective. The discussions will center on your role at the scene, and afterwards at the fire house. We will talk about defusing’s and debriefings and the differences. We will discuss self-care, what is it, and how do we do it?

8 Hrs. The Chaplain’s role in Strengthening Firefighter’s Marriages: Learn proven techniques to assist Fire Fighter marriages to succeed and enjoy great communication and relationships that respect and value marriages and families.
Debt Elimination and Personal Finance Management for Firefighter Families: A 3 ½ hour seminar and workshop teaches a battle tested strategy, using the money you already earn to eliminate all debt and establish financial freedom. Credit card debt, auto loans, and personal loans are gone within 2 to 3 years. Mortgages gone within 5 to 8 years.
